I had a wonderful gentleman client earlier in the year who embarked on Hypno-Band (known as some as hypnoband gastric band hypnosis) and has gone through a life-changing weight loss and attitude towards exercise—he’s now joined a gym which he attends a gym twice a week and walks more.
Getting messages like these really give me a buzz and I must admit this is a part of the job that I get some selfish pride from. Of course the greater outcome through weight loss hypnotherapy is that people such as this client manage to change their lives completely—living a more fulfilling and hopefully longer life too.
Hypno-Band is a safe and sensible approach to eating healthily, including smaller portions, less snacking, slower eating, not emotional eating, exercising and more. There is some analysis in session 1 where we look at times, places and reasons when you may eat outside of mealtimes and addressing them with hypnosis. You’ll find out more in your intake session.
Find a hypnotherapist you feel comfortable with, don’t expect to feel hypnotized and jump in feet first.
