I’m talking post-Christmas.
It’s that time when many people make good on their new year’s resolutions, and some others not so much.
Typically, January and February are the busiest times of year for many therapists as we are charged with getting many clients back on track; for others, it’s the beginning of a healthier, newer them.
For my part, I felt that I needed to get ahead of the game—in order to be fully amped up to help clients in the new year—and implemented some new, healthier habits. (Ths includes getting up an hour earlier than I used to, and also working back towards a fitter, healthier body.)
When I look at myself, I know that I can let things slide on a personal level, and so I too use hypnotherapy—both guided by a therapist and via self-hypnosis—in order to get back on track.
If you’re looking to make that change in, or possibly before the new year, call or email me, and we can look at making the changes together.
Thanks for reading.
