For anyone interested in reducing and being in control of their weight, be it by the Hypno-Band method or indeed any other method that they care to choose I would urge all who are serious about making postive changes to do 3 things to help avoid negative readings getting in the way of positive results. I’m talking about the dreaded scales and the weigh in:
1) Don’t weigh yourself on a daily basis. Our bodies naturally fluctuate a bit here and there and also, weighing one’s self daily can become an unhealthy obsession.
2) When you go for the weigh in, always do it at the same time of day (preferably first thing in the morning on an empty stomach). This will reduce the chance of inconsistencies brought about by undigested food eaten during the day.
3) Invest in decent scales and when they are digital always take 3 separate readings and take the mean average of the 3. Even good modern scales can give different readings from one minute to the next.
