I’m as pleased as can be when I get word of a client was has successfully managed to completely turn their life around when it comes to their health. (In fact, I’m pleased, no matter what a client has managed to bring change to.)
I received an email this morning from a client I saw earlier in the year, and she is now down the weight she has wanted to be for years—she’s also enjoying exercising regularly in the form of swimming and tabata training. (Tabata is brief, but brutal.)
Before she set out on her journey she weighed 16st; she is now 9st and is living a healthy lifestyle and enjoying exercise. It’s important to note, however, she still enjoys her treats here and there. Treats, when treats and not an everyday indulgence are perfectly okay as, after all, who wants to be a saint?
Anyhow, I hope she is reading this—well done you!
